Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 teaspoons Green Tea Matcha Powder
1 cup of Baby Kale
2 Frozen Bananas
1 cup of Frozen Mango
1 tablespoon of Honey
Instructions
Pour the coconut milk into your blender, followed by the matcha powder and baby kale. Blend these ingredients together until they're mixed well.
Add the mango and frozen bananas and honey to the mixture in the blender. Continue to blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Notes
Make sure the bananas are peeled, broken into quarters and frozen at least 12 hours before you plan to make the smoothie. You can preserve extra ripe bananas by peeling them, breaking them into quarters and freezing them in a freezer bag. This way, you'll always have them ready for smoothies.
This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately after making it, however, you can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to a day.
